Fetch the Harvard-Oxford brain atlas given its resolution.

Parameters

symbool, (default=True), whether or not to force the atlas sto be

symmetric

target_affinenp.array, (default=np.diag((5, 5, 5))), affine matrix for

the produced Nifti images
