Sorted the temporal the spatial maps and the associated activation by explained variance.

Parameters

uarray, shape (n_atoms, n_voxels), spatial maps

zarray, shape (n_atoms, n_times_valid), temporal components

varray, shape (n_hrf_rois, n_times_atom), HRFs
